CustomerHow long will it take for my order to be delivered?

An order placed from within the country is delivered within 5-7 business days. This timeline is subject to change due to both external and internal factors.

Once the order is confirmed by THE GIFT FAIRY, details are sent to the customer via email from courier company about the status of the package. Alternatively, a customer can also track the shipment on our Track Order

What is the price for the shipping?

For one pack a shipping fee of Rs. 80 is applicable.

If the product is of heavy weight than shipping fee will be vary from Rs. 100-120

For products bought with the Cash on Delivery option, a charge of Rs. 100 shall be applied.

Note: For products on discounts, the shipping charge is subject to change.

What if my order doesn’t get delivered?

Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If he cannot deliver the product, you have to contact us and we will resend it to you. If you've received a Delivered message and not really delivered to you kindly inform us within 24 Hours of receiving the updates.
